I didn't start out as a consultant. I started exactly where you probably are right now: in the trenches of enterprise L&D, trying to make a massive system do what the organization actually needs.

Armed with a Master's degree in Learning Technologies, I spent four intense and highly rewarding years at Playtika. I managed their entire global learning system lifecycle—from the initial vendor selection, through complex implementations, to the daily operations and ongoing system updates. It was during this deep dive that I truly unlocked Docebo's potential and stepped up to manage the Docebo Community in Israel.

Later, as IS at Mobileye, I continued to navigate the complexities of enterprise learning at scale. I know what a frustrating, poorly configured LMS looks like. But more importantly, I know exactly how to turn it into a quiet, efficient engine that drives real value.

Why This Site? (And Why Me?)

Most LMS advice out there is either written by salespeople pushing a product, or it's too theoretical to be useful. I created this space to offer practical, honest, and battle-tested insights from someone who actually clicks the buttons.
